Sell conditions

No matter where the commission has been given, the contract is considered signed and perfected in Ravenna. Orders must arrive complete with specification of frame prefix and number of the Vespa in question, and this catalogue reference code. Goods are shipped at the customer/addressee's risk. Any claims must be made within eight days of receiving the goods. Our guarantee consists in replacing parts produced by us which, delivered to our address, and only after our authorisation, are acknowledged by us to be faulty due to imperfect workmanship.We decline all responsibility for accidents occurring due to and/or during the use of products supplied by us, and there can be no grounds for reimbursement or indemnity.

Prices

Next to each item on the price list is the discount for quantity. The price list you have in your hands is not binding and may be changed at any moment (prior notice will be given) in the case of variations in production costs. PRICES TAX INCLUDED.

Deliveries

Shipment is by parcel post or courier. Delivery times are not binding and any delay cannot give rise to claims for damages.For shipping abroad shipping costs will be communicated before sending the order and vary depending on the type of package and the country of destination.
